Any data collected is only for the purpose of completing the contract between Fossilprepper and the customer.
Data Use
All data collected about you the customer will only be used to complete the transaction between Fossilprepper and yourself.
Some data will be collected by the payment processors (ApplePay and PayPal)and the delivery company (Inpost)in order to complete the contract between Fossilprepper and yourself. For more information on there use of your data please go to there Data Privacy policy on there site.
Data will never be sold or passed on to anyone else unless needed to process payments.

All data is stored on secure protected servers. If you would like your data removing from our servers please contact us.
Privacy Updates
This data and privacy policy may be updated without notice as is required.

Terms
All purchases are subject to a total postage charge of £4.95, all orders unless collected the there is no charge. Any items damaged in post must be notified to Fossilprepper within 2 days of delivery.
Damaged items will be refunded to your original payment method less the original delivery charge.
If the items are repairable and you would like it repaired (please let us know) we will repair them free of charge including your return postage costs.
